Safety notice before electric wire rope hoist operation

Following memo must keep in mind before operate your electric wire rope hoist:

1. Pls read and keep in mind of its working instruction and name plate before your operation .
2. Pls adjust of the upper/lower limit prior to lifting the objects.
3. Pls confirm if the brake condition is reliable or not before operation.
4. Pls check the condition of wire-rope if it is out of specification ,such as bending, distortion or rust or broken of wire rope ,and etc.
5. Pls use 500V megameter to check motor and insulation resistance of control box before installation.
6. Do not lift load over the rated load which is marked on name plate of hook block..
7. Do not use to lift people. Do not use to lift loads over people to avoid injury.
8. Do not lift when the hook is under swing. Do not lift slantingly, and the hook must be at righ above the objects.
9. Do not lift the object which is connected with the earth.
10. Do not use the cable of control unit to pull other objects.
11. Pls cut off power before repair. Pls do repair when it is under unloading condition.
12. Do not do excessive inching operation.
